The following product range has been specifically developed for the manufacturer of hydraulic power packs and oil supply systems for lubrication circuits.
The combination of standard functions typically found in these industries, into units and subsystems, follow two targets:
reduction of demand for space and installation costs for the benefit of the system integrators
improvement of maintenance due to the agglomeration and better accessibility
of maintenance points for the benefit of the system operator.
A very comprehensive range of tank top level and temperature controls. Highly integrated functions make them a very cost effective solution for fluid power and lube systems.
Always as combination of visual and electrical level control for operating pressures from 0 to 360 bar.
A range comprising cost effective temperature switches, temperature sensors, temperature transmitters and displays. All of them easy to install and operate.
Neatly arranged on a compact installation manifold with "very little demand for installation space", these units offer highly efficient off line filtration with low noise pumps.
Off-line filter units combined with very efficient brazed plate coolers.
Brazed plate coolers offer by a far better performance than traditional shell and tubeheat exchangers. They also are cost effective and are of compact construction.
A broad range of air blast coolers with a maintenance friendly design. Available also with integrated circulation pumps for off-line installation.
For applications in fluid power or lubrication systems, with low noise emissions and good suction characteristics.
Effective surveillance of free water in oil. Easy to install, cost effective.
Transducers and electronic pressure switches for ranges up to 400 bar.
Flexible cable connection and the easymont rail system allow a very cost effective installation particulary for applications where the indication is required remote from the measuring point.
Capacity sensor with two standard analoge output signals 4 – 20 mA for monitoring filter capacity
Display and control units with a standard analogue input signal 4 - 20 mA. Different adjustable indication units for level, temperature and pressure.
The uniform design allows to employ one basic unit to display either level, temperature or pressure.
