Solid PTFE bellowpumps for transporting sample gas
Sample gas analysis systems require pumps when the process pressure is not sufficient to transport an adequate volume of sample gas to the analysers reliably. The frequent corrosive and aggressive nature of the sample gas demands special properties of the material in contact with the media. The pumps can also transport potential condensate.
Bellows pumps have proven to be particularly suitable for this challenging application. These sample gas pumps feature a PTFE bellow which has been proven reliable and durable in high quantities. The comprehensive range of flow rates and options meets a vast range of applications both in emission monitoring and process analysis.

This sample gas pump has the same power and technology as the P2.3, and is approved for use in explosive areas under the scope of AMEX regulations. Available with 115, 230, and 380-420 AC 60 Hz power supply. Flow rate 400 L/h.

Sample gas pump with separate drive allows installing the pump head e.g. in the heated analysis cabinet, with the motor remaining outside the cabinet.
