Bühler Technologies: Covid - 19 Update

Dear Business partner,

The current situation of the now worldwide spread of the novel corona virus (COVID-19) requires measures that have a major impact on business and professional life. We are available for you, our customers, during the usual office hours via telephone and E-mail. In order to maintain our capabilities to continue our business, we have also taken following measures:

  • We have established a strict shift system in our production and logistics operations.
  • We have clear plans on personal hygiene and recommendations for conduct.  
  • We have restrictions on business travel.
  • We replaced customer visit through web based conferences.
  • We start Home-Office in a  great scale and have strict regulations of office attendance.

All these measures will help us to ensure business continuity during this difficult time.

 

As far as our parts supply is concerned we are NOT experiencing major disruptions of part supply at the moment.
However, due to possible delivery problems caused by supplier, longer delivery time may occur. Affected customers will be informed immediately.
