The focus is on maximising the service life of the oils used. The product range includes sensors for monitoring all relevant parameters such as temperature, fill level, moisture, conductivity and ageing. Sensors for continuously measuring the remaining dirt-holding capacity of the system filters allow creeping wear processes to be recognised at an early stage. At the same time, the proportion of ferritic wear particles in the filter inflow can be detected.
A system for analysing wear will also be presented. This makes it possible to detect not only ferritic wear particles, but also particles from other metals, particularly in gearboxes. This allows conclusions to be drawn about the origin of the particles - especially in the event of sudden damage. This allows targeted maintenance and repair planning.
Bühler Technologies will also be presenting solutions for temperature stabilisation using air and water coolers as well as examples of subsystems for conditioning and monitoring.
