New Washing Station WS-CP for Efficient Sample Gas Conditioning

May 20, 2026
With the new washing stations, Bühler Technologies expands its portfolio in the field of sample gas conditioning with a powerful and practical solution. The system is based on a washing bottle filled with washing liquid through which the sample gas is passed. Undesired components are reliably removed by absorption and separation effects. The resulting condensate is automatically discharged via an integrated condensate pump. This leads to a significantly extended service life compared to conventional washing bottles.
Versatile functions for clean sample gases
The washing stations perform several key functions in gas conditioning:
- Removal of gaseous components
Elimination of water-soluble acidic and basic components from the sample gas - Condensation of liquid components
Cooling of the sample gas in the washing liquid for targeted condensate formation - Separation of solid particles
Sedimentation of solids within the washing bottle
Three versions for different requirements
The washing stations are available in three versions:
Typ 4410061
Washing station with CPdouble for simultaneous supply and discharge of washing liquid. Enables continuous exchange of the washing fluid.
Typ 4410062
Standard version with washing liquid. The gas is introduced into the liquid, and the resulting condensate is automatically discharged via a condensate pump.
Typ 4410063
Washing station with glass bead filling to enhance aerosol condensation. The condensate is removed via a CPsingle.
Expansion of the Bühler portfolio
The new washing stations complement the comprehensive Bühler Technologies range in sample gas conditioning and offer users an efficient way to sustainably improve the quality of their gas analysis.
